What The F... is your Sitz Bones?
We have all heard yoga teachers refer to the sitz bone in class. So what are they and why can't your teacher not just tell you to sit on your ass?
These bones are part of the pelvic bone named in Latin as The tuberosity of the ischium or ischial tuberosity.
I always find it a little too technical when teachers start naming specific bones and muscles especially for the general pubic.
